How The xMount Works
Choose Your Attachment
Select from the 'Rookie,' 'Don,' or 'Hedgehog' based on the kind of muscle relief you’re after. Each attachment press fits onto the xMount base effortlessly, ready for action in seconds
Secure The xMount
Press the xMount against any smooth non-porous surface and twist 90 degrees clock-wise to secure. The non-slip industrial suction cup will hold steady throughout your session, providing a solid foundation for your muscle recovery. Additionally the attachments feature a textured non-slip base and can be used by themselves without the xMount either on the floor or by hand.
Apply Static Pressure & Relax
Unlike traditional rolling methods with massage balls or foam rollers, which rely on continuous movement over the muscle, the xMount adopts a more effective, relaxed static approach. Gently apply pressure to the area being treated, relax and let the attachments do the work. By maintaining sustained pressure on a specific muscle area, the xMount facilitates a deeper and more precise release of tightness in muscles and fascia. This static approach ensures consistent pressure, vital for breaking down knots and tightness in muscles, something that rolling methods can struggle to achieve. Once you feel the pain/tightness start to ease, move on to the next area. Alternatively, follow our free guided tutorials on how to use your xMount effectively
Feel Amazing
Enjoy the post massage high and increased mobility. Remove your xMount when finished by twisting 90 degrees counter clock-wise and lifting up the finger tab to break the air lock if required.
About Us
Welcome to xFlowTech - Luke & Istok
How it all began,
Hey there! I'm Luke, creator of the xMount, and I want to share our story with you. It all started with a personal journey – mine. I was a professional athlete until a serious accident left me with spinal injuries and the need for surgery and extensive physical therapy.
But here's the thing; when my insurance ran out, I couldn't afford to continue therapy, and I was continuing to deal with chronic, unrelenting pain.
The massage balls and trigger point tools my physio sold me just weren't making difference, so I teamed up with my old coach and long time friend Istok, and together we started to create the xMount. This innovative massage tool was born out of my own quest for a solution that could replicate the benefits of professional physiotherapy, but in an easy and user-friendly way.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can it help me?
Myofascial care focuses on treating the myofascial system, which includes the muscles and the connective tissue (fascia) that surrounds and supports them. This type of care addresses pain and dysfunction by targeting areas of tightness and restriction within the myofascial tissues. Relieves Chronic Pain: Myofascial care can alleviate chronic pain conditions caused by tight or knotted fascia, such as fibromyalgia, lower back pain, and tension headaches. Improves Mobility: By releasing fascial restrictions, this therapy enhances joint flexibility and range of motion, making daily activities easier and more comfortable. Boosts Circulation: Improved blood flow from myofascial care aids in the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to muscles, promoting faster recovery and overall muscle health. Myofascial care helps people by reducing pain, improving mobility, and enhancing overall well-being through targeted, effective treatment of the body's connective tissues.
How does the xMount attach to surfaces?
An industrial strength airlock is used to attach the xMount on to any smooth non-porous surface. There need's to be an airtight seal around the edges of the suction pad and the surface. It can mount to smooth sealed surfaces like metal, glass, plastic, laminate, painted timber and smooth painted plaster walls. While uncommon, certain paints have properties that can prevent the airlock from activating. When using your xMount on any new surface it is important to test its ability to attach securely. The airlock system will not mount to rough or textured plaster, unpainted wood, brick, concrete, or wallpaper.
What surfaces work best?

How long will it stay attached?
After 20 minutes of using your xMount, remove it from the wall and re-lock to restore any lost suction. The xMount mounting system is not a permanent mounting solution and can easily be mounted and removed from your wall/surface. Dust can disrupt the seal and allow air to escape. If there is dust or dirt on the surface, clean it off with a fabric cloth damped in warm water. Cleaning the suction pad regularly with soapy water, or alcohol swabs will reduce the risk of oils damaging surfaces
