We want you to love your xMount and get real results from it. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

The product and attachments are in good condition

All packaging is included

Your order number is written inside the parcel

The product is secure and safe in the parcel you return it in.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Email us at team@xflowtech.com with your order number and reason for return.

Change-of-Mind Returns
If you’ve changed your mind or the product isn’t suitable for your needs, you’re welcome to return it within 30 days at your own cost.
xFlowTech does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for change-of-mind returns.
The return item must meet the eligibility criteria listed above.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your xMount arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at team@xflowtech.com
We will:
Assess the issue
Provide a solution (replacement, repair, or refund)
Cover return shipping if required
We want to make this right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
Your bank or credit provider may require extra time to process the refund.
